Stuart K. Card is an American researcher and Senior Research Fellow at Xerox PARC. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of applying human factors in human–computer interaction. BiographyCard received a A.B. in physics from the Oberlin College in 1966, and a Ph.D. in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. He started working as an adjunct faculty member at Stanford University in the late 1960s. Since 1974 he has been working at PARC and is in 2008 Area Manager of the User Interface Research. Card received several awards. In 2000 he was awarded the CHI Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Computing Machinery's SIGCHI, and became Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery. In 2001 he was elected to the CHI Academy. And in 2007, he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering, and was awarded The Franklin Institute's Bower Award and Prize for Achievement in Science. Values go up and down, depending on so many things. I would not suggest eBay if you want to make the most for yourself. (fees can be quite high) There are many other places to sell these things, but the best is to other collectors. There are clubs all over, there are magazines and newsletters. Search those out, and find like-minded people. They appreciate the value of these... others just don't care. That's indeed a very fine collection!
